*TERMS: Full payment must accompany copy/artwork. Copy/Artwork will not be returned. Payments for subsequent Listings/Ads are due and payable before each issue's space deadline. Multiple Issue Discounts if run consecutively for 6 issues: 5th Issue= 50% + 6th Issue= Free.

*If timely payments are not made by the Advertiser, as per this agreement, Arizona Choices Periodical reserves the right to release the advertising space without notification and without return of any fees paid. By acceptance of this agreement, the Advertiser releases Arizona Choices Periodical, the Publisher, their employees, members, and contractors from any and all contingent liability for damage, injury, or loss to any person or goods which may arise from the advertising space purchased. Additionally, the Advertiser agrees to hold Arizona Choices Periodical harmless in the unlikely event the advertising does not meet the Advertiser's expectations, this includes the agreement to not charge back any credit card payments that have been made to the Periodical by the Advertiser.

*Signature below acknowledges receipt of and acceptance of these terms. THIS CONTRACT WILL BE CONSIDERED LEGAL AND BINDING WHEN SIGNED BY AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ADVERTISER AND IS ENFORCEABLE UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF ARIZONA. ANY DISPUTES ARE ONLY SUBJECT TO AN ARBITRATION HEARING WITHIN THE STATE OF ARIZONA, COUNTY OF PIMA, AND SHALL BE FINAL AND BINDING UPON THE PARTIES. ANY MODIFICATIONS TO THIS CONTRACT MUST BE IN WRITING, AND SIGNED BY BOTH THE PERIODICAL & THE ADVERTISER. IN THE EVENT THAT ANY PROVISION OF THIS CONTRACT IS HELD TO BE INVALID, SUCH INVALIDITY SHALL NOT AFFECT THE VALIDLY OR ENFORCEABILITY OF ANY OTHER PROVISION.
